Welcome to Tailor ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or using our services.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

2.2 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including body measurements. Incorrect measurements provided by you may affect the fit of your garments, and we cannot be held responsible for such issues.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available). All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

3.4 GST

All prices include 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax regulations.

4. Custom Products

4.1 Made-to-Order

All our garments are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is placed and production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

4.2 Measurements

Our AI-powered measurement tool provides estimates based on your camera input. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur. We recommend reviewing your measurements before placing an order.

4.3 Color Variations

Due to differences in screen displays, the actual color of products may vary slightly from what appears on your device. Variations of up to 5% are considered acceptable and not grounds for return.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
• Orders cancelled after 2 hours but before production starts will incur a 10% cancellation fee
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

5.2 Cancellation by Tailor

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tailor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information including name, email, phone number, address, and body measurements to process your orders and provide our services.

7.2 Data Usage

Your data is used solely for order processing, communication, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Mumbai, India.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
