Since all our garments are custom-made to your measurements, our return policy differs from standard retail. Please read the details below carefully.
We stand behind the quality of every garment we create. If you receive a product with any of the following issues, we will remake it or provide a full refund:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We understand that fit is crucial. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly, we offer:
One free alteration within 30 days of delivery for minor fit adjustments (sleeve length, waist adjustments, etc.)
We'll arrange free pickup and delivery for alterations in select cities. Turnaround time: 3-5 business days.
Go to "My Orders" and find the order you want to return or alter.
Click on "Request Return/Alteration" and fill out the form with details and photos.
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and contact you.
Once approved, we'll arrange pickup and process your refund or alteration.
